Yes They Should!

People say fireworks are dangerous! Every year at least one person gets hurt by them.

Over half of firework injuries happened to children aged 15 or younger and most of these happened at private events!

A simple sparkler reaches a temperature of around 2000 degrees!

Sometimes people set them off and they go in the wrong direction.

Also people stand too close to them which also causes bad injuries.

Animals get very scared by these fireworks! Neighbours get very annoyed when their neighbours are setting off fireworks and upsetting their pets!

Also people want them banned because they wake up their kids due to the noise and also people set them off late at night.

Trying to light the firework, it lit faster than he thought. It blew right into his knee.

Do you want to lose your fingers for life? Don't play with fireworks.

No They Shouldn't

Lots of people like fireworks! They say its a great night out, especially for children.

They are pretty to look at, and all you have to do is keep your children away from them so they don't have a serious injury. People put tape around the area the fireworks are being set off for safety, so that people know not to go past it!
